Every answer carries its source.
Ask about a single document, a set of documents, one piece of equipment or the whole project. HYWOS answers from your own documentation and shows exactly where the answer lives: document, revision, page, section.
And when your documents cannot confirm an answer, HYWOS tells you exactly that, instead of inventing one.
Engineering search, not file search.
HYWOS understands the technical content of your documents, not just their file names. Semantic search, keyword and metadata search, equipment-tag lookup, revision filtering and AI-based ranking work as one, so a search for “maximum pressure P-101” finds the value the datasheet lists as “Design Pressure”.

03 · BUILT-IN INTELLIGENCE

HYWOS extracts it: which file is current, which documents belong together, and what a dense specification actually says.

Rev. A, Rev. B, Final, Final_New, Final_Approved: every project folder tells this story. HYWOS recognises revisions of the same document, links them into a chain, marks the current one and highlights the technical changes between any two.

One tag, the whole picture.
HYWOS recognises equipment and instrument tags such as P-101, XV-201 or PT-401 and connects the documents that belong to them. Then ask directly: which documents belong to P-101? Is the datasheet current? Are there contradictory values?
Understand it faster.
Technical documents are precise, but not necessarily accessible. Mark a section of a manual or specification and let HYWOS explain it in plain language: what it means, why it matters, which conditions apply. The original source stays visible; the explanation helps you read it, it never replaces it.

Project documentation is sensitive: customer documents, plant and process data, automation software, internal standards, intellectual property. HYWOS therefore runs where that knowledge belongs: on your own machine. Document processing, OCR, embeddings, vector search, reranking and the language model itself all work locally, and your documents are never uploaded, on any plan.
